1. Basic facts

A. On May 2, 2012, the Defendant entered into an insurance contract consisting of 20,000 won of cancer diagnosis expenses (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) with the Defendant and the amount of insurance coverage as indicated in the attached list, as indicated in the attached list, and the major content of the said insurance contract is as follows:

3. (Definition and Confirmation of "Cance", "Other skin cancer", and "Amam") (1) The term "Cance" in this Special Terms and Conditions refers to the diseases specified in the Classification Table of Emical Organisms (See Attached Table 8, hereinafter, the same shall apply) (referring to the Classification Table of Emical Organisms (Amam).

However, it excludes diseases falling under the conditions of pre-accination (pre-accination) and C44 and C73.
