Punishment of the crime

On January 7, 2018, the Defendant driven B SP car while under the influence of alcohol at approximately 0.228% (the result of blood collection) in a section of about 5km in the coast of Gangseo-si, Gangnam-si, Gangwon-si, the west-si, the west-si, the coast of Gangseo-si, the west-si, the coast of which is about 940 square meters.
