Punishment of the crime

On January 1, 2018, the Defendant driven a B-hurged car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.229% in a 30-meter radius from around 475 meters to the road near the Gangseo-si-si (Seoul High-si), Gangwon-si (Seoul High-si), which is 475 Doz. 35.
