A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 15, 2016, the Defendant was driving a D-hurbed car under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 150 meters from a 150-meter section from the front of the 1756 order-based fish board to the C-Wing Road located in B, at around 17:45 on the coast of Gangseo-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gangwon-do, 17:5 on May 15, 201.

On May 15, 2016, at around 17:45, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol and continued the C Mart front road located in Gangnam-si B from the surface of the fishery market to the front side of the road.

Since there are places where the center line of yellow solid lines is installed, the driver has a duty of care to thoroughly see the front city and to safely drive the lane in good faith.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to drive a motor vehicle under the influence of such drinking as above and went on the opposite lane by negligence over the center line, and received the front part of the upper left corner of the upper left-hand side of the said motor vehicle by the victim E (58 tax) of the victim E (58 tax) who was driven by the opposite lane.

Defendant 2 caused injury to the above victim by negligence in the course of performing the above duties, such as salt dynasium and tensions, which require approximately two weeks of treatment.
