Punishment of the crime
Defendant
B and Defendant A are joint representatives who operate a mobile phone sales agency from January 1, 2015 to Gwangju District in the trade name of “JJ”, and Defendant C is the vice president of the said agency.
As of January 1, 2015, the Defendants opened and operated the “L point” in the Dong-gu, Gwangju, “N point” in the Gwangju, “N point” in the Gwangju-gu, and “P point” in the Nam-gu, Gwangju-gu, Seoul, around April 2015, and “R point” in the Gwangju-dong Q around May 1, 2016, and closed the business on the ground that around July 1, 2015, the Defendants operated the “T point” in the Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, and operated the “T point,” around April 2016.
1. Defendant A
