1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) D is the part of the Defendant’s mother land division. 2) D’s lighting division: (i) on November 30, 1918, G forest land 5,735 square meters (hereinafter “the mother land of this case”); and (ii) D was inherited the mother land of this case solely from E.

3) On February 1, 1968, the aggregate land of this case is 3 forest land C and 8 forest land located within 3 forest land and 3 forest land (hereinafter “instant land”).

B) Before the division, H Forest land was divided into 24,198 square meters. Before the division, H Forest land 24,198 square meters was divided into 9,818 square meters on June 15, 1970 and 14,380 square meters on the land adjacent to H forest (hereinafter “land adjacent to”).

(3) On May 28, 1970, the Defendant completed the registration of initial ownership of the instant land in its name.

2. At the time of the instant trade, the Plaintiff was aware of the instant ridge and valley as the boundary of neighboring land, and accordingly, the said ridge after the purchase.
