Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. 1) D is the part of the Defendant’s mother land division. 2) D’s lighting division: (i) on November 30, 1918, G forest land 5,735 square meters (hereinafter “the mother land of this case”); and (ii) D was inherited the mother land of this case solely from E.
