1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 86,440,078 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 29, 2016 to the day of full payment.

1. Determination on the cause of the claim

A. Facts of recognition 1) The Plaintiff is a company running wholesale and retail business. The Defendant is a person engaged in the papering manufacturing business with the trade name “B.” 2) The Plaintiff supplied the papering, etc. to the Defendant from November 1, 2005 to November 4, 2014. At present, the amount of the unpaid goods is KRW 86,440,078.

B. According to the above facts of determination, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 86,440,078 payable to the Plaintiff and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from March 29, 2016 to the date of full payment, as the Plaintiff seeks.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
