1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 28,904,033 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 5, 2016 to the date of full payment.

1. Determination on the cause of the claim

A. The Plaintiff, who runs the wholesale business of medical expendable items in the name of “B”, supplied the Defendant Cooperative with medical expendable items from July 24, 2014 to July 13, 2016.

Current prices of goods are 28,904,033 won.

B. According to the above facts of determination, the Defendant Union is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 28,904,033 of the unpaid goods and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from October 5, 2016 to the date of full payment, as requested by the Plaintiff, after the due date for payment.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
