1. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, the part against the defendant exceeding the amount ordered to be paid below shall be revoked.

On September 24, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant for the supply of goods to manufacture and supply five parts of the Modern repair site (hereinafter “instant mother car”) with the Defendant at KRW 1,870,00,000 (including value-added tax) and September 24, 2013; the specific terms and conditions of the contract pertaining to the instant case are as follows.

Article 2 (Definitions) The definitions of terms used in these terms shall be as follows:

1. The term "contractual officer" means the president of the defendant or a person in charge of contractual affairs with the authority delegated by the defendant;

2. The term “contractor” means a natural or legal person who has entered into a purchase contract with a contracting officer of the defendant.

3.Except as otherwise provided for in this condition, the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Contracts to Which State is a Party.
