A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On April 11, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (forest) in the Family Branch of Daegu District Court on April 11, 2006, and was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny on June 21, 2010 and three times more.

1. The defendant's sole criminal conduct;

(a) No person committing a crime on January 23, 2017 shall move pine trees extracted in an area where pine trees are prohibited from being removed;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from November 24, 2016 to December 25, 2016, extracted the roots of 1 part of the tree purchased from G from U in the racing, which is an area where the removal of pine trees is prohibited, using the insertings and glue glue, and moved to the AE farm of the AD operation, which is located in AC, on January 23, 2017.

As a result, the defendant moved pine trees from the area where the removal of pine trees is prohibited.

(b) No person committing a crime on February 3, 2017 shall move pine trees extracted in a zone where the removal of pine trees is prohibited.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from February 3, 2017 to April 1 of the same month, extracted the area where the removal of pine trees was prohibited by G from taking advantage of the insertion of the roots 1 of pine 1 purchased from G from U of the above paragraph (a), and then moved to AE farm of AD operation, which is located in the above AC, on the same day.

As a result, the defendant moved pine trees from the area where the removal of pine trees is prohibited.

2. No one shall move pine trees extracted in an area where the removal of pine trees is prohibited by the defendant, A, C (1966), D, or E;

Defendant A, C (196.1), D, and E with intent to steal pine trees in order to compensate for damage due to death of pine trees purchased from G, as stated in the foregoing 1.1. The Defendant used to commit suicide on February 2017 to Defendant A, C (1966.1), D, and E.
