A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall unlawfully use another person's resident registration number.

Nevertheless, at around 10:00 on March 5, 2013, the Defendant: (a) sent C’s certificate of acquisition and loss of national health insurance qualification to the National Health Insurance Corporation (1577-1000) by phone call to the National Health Insurance Corporation (1577-1000) in order to apply for his/her individual rehabilitation; (b) and (c) received C’s certificate of acquisition and loss of national health insurance qualification by facsimile.

Accordingly, the defendant used C's resident registration number unlawfully.
