A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 21, 2012, the Defendant sent a cell phone text message to the victim C (Y, 19 years of age) who had in a salinal relationship at a salinal place, with the content that “I believe how I am am am am am,” and if I am am am am am am am am am am am am am am am even if it is an even number,” and threatened the victim by sending a cell phone text message with the content that “I am am am lingling with a 112 reported value,” from that time until January 6, 2013.

2. On December 22, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 08:00, on the ground that the victim did not receive the Defendant’s telephone, opened the door door password at the victim’s house located in Suwon-si E building E building 506 in Suwon-si; (b) however, the Defendant did not have the victim; (c) laid the string house, cut off the kitchen glass, cut off the clothes, cosmetics, and liquid books on the floor, cut down the clothes, cosmetics, and damaged the strings owned by the victim so that the costs of repair in the city can come up.

3. Around 04:00 on January 1, 2013, the Defendant laid the victim into the “Gmototer” seated in Suwon-si F in Suwon-si, where the victim was working for another male. On the part of the Defendant, the Defendant, by hand, laid down the victim’s knife at the bottom and knife the head knife on the floor, knife the victim’s face and body, and laid down the victim’s face and body for about 35 days.

4. Around 05:00 on January 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened and entered a brusium password by the police officer called out by the victim; (b) one who was sent by the victim; (c) one who was the victim’s residence; and (d) one who opened and entered the brus number; and (c) the clothes, cosmetics, and liquid books, which were in the clothes cremation unit after opening the brus.
