The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Litigation costs shall be borne by the plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On April 18, 2016, the Plaintiff was transferred to C Hospital (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”) operated by the Defendant as an increase in the angle of the right side, the right side, and the right hand.
