All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The status of the party is the legal entity that operates the E hospital (hereinafter “Defendant hospital”), and the plaintiff A is a person who was subject to the co-fluoral chlorisome surgery at the defendant hospital, and the plaintiff B and C are children of the plaintiff.
B. On January 9, 2017, Plaintiff A planned to implement the cryp chrographing surgery from around November 2016 to Plaintiff A’s cryposising surgery (MRA) at the Defendant Hospital on January 9, 2017. The Plaintiff’s medical professionals planned to implement the cryp chrophing surgery on the right right side of the brain sewage, and planned to implement the cryp cryposising surgery from February 5, 2017 to February 6, 2017 to undergo a close inspection, and planned to perform the cryp chrophing surgery on the right side of the brain sewage, and planned to have Plaintiff A perform the cryp chrophing surgery, and planned to have Plaintiff A perform the cryp chrophing surgery (10mp mp 7mp mp mp mmp.) for a period of time from February 11, 2017 to 9.
3) On February 19, 2017, the Plaintiff hospitalized in the Defendant Hospital. From February 20, 2017 to February 12:50, the medical personnel at the Defendant Hospital performed the first operation of the instant first operation with respect to the brain domination on the right side of the brain sewage department from February 20, 2017 to February 10, 2017 (hereinafter “instant first operation”).

2) At around 12:50 on the same day, Plaintiff A complained of symptoms, such as anti-pactin, the Defendant hospital administered an anti-pactination to Plaintiff A at around 13:00, and around 13:03, the Defendant hospital administered a blood dose increase chemical, and conducted treatment at around 13:05 by using dypincin, etc. dypina, and at around 13:05, the Defendant hospital additionally administered at around 14:15 on the same day.
4. The defendant hospital shall re-examine cerebrovascular in around 15:56 on the same day.
