1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 95,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 10, 2018 to the date of complete payment.

The facts constituting the ground for the claim (Provided, That the “creditor” is the Plaintiff, and the “debtor” is the Defendant) do not dispute between the parties, or are recognized in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings as to the entries in the evidence No. 1 through No. 3, and as a whole, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the remainder construction cost of KRW 95,00,000 and damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from January 10, 2018 to the date of full payment, as sought by the Plaintiff.

2. If so, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition with the assent of all participating Justices.
