1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 30, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

1. In full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in the statement of evidence No. 1, it is recognized that the Plaintiff lent KRW 40,000,000 to the Defendant on September 28, 2017 as the due date for payment on October 10, 2017.

According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 40,000,000 and damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from January 30, 2019 to the date of full payment, as the Plaintiff seeks.

3. The plaintiff's claim for conclusion is justified and accepted.
