1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 88,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 25, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2 as to the cause of the claim, the plaintiff manufactured and supplied LPG storage tanks equivalent to KRW 162,910,00 to the defendant around July 2016, but the defendant did not pay KRW 88,00,000 out of the price. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff damages for delay at the rate of KRW 15% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from October 25, 2016 to the date when the copy of the application for the instant payment order was delivered to the defendant.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
