1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from March 17, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the statements and arguments set forth in Gap evidence Nos. 3, 4, and 7 as to the cause of the claim, the plaintiff is obligated to pay to the plaintiff damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum for the plaintiff within the limit of the agreed rate from March 17, 2016 to June 30, 2006, on the ground that the plaintiff, through his mother, lent a total of KRW 60,000,000 to the defendant from June 30, 2006.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
