A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around August 30, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (influence of public places) intruded into public use places, such as toilets, etc., with an intention to satisfy the Defendant’s sexual desire by entering female toilets on the second floor of the said building, in order to protect the appearance of women’s melting sides or to photograph them in a camera, in a Daegu-gu Office B building.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and photographing);

A. On the same day, the Defendant entered the front partitions of female toilets at the time and place mentioned in the above paragraph (1), and, at around 12:36 of the same day, had the Defendant, who wishes to enter the female victim, functioned in his/her name-free female image photographing function of the camera in his/her cell phone that he/she was in possession of, and had the body parts of the victim, who sees the urine and clothes by inserting the camera under the upper part of the screen, and booms the body parts of the victim, against the victim’s will.

B. The Defendant, at the date, time, and place mentioned in the above paragraph (1) at the victim in paragraph (2) of Article 2, left the toilet and taken a video image against the victim’s will, in the same manner as the statement in paragraph (1) of the above 2, when the victim C (the victim 32 years of age), entered the toilet.
