A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 19, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Entry in public places for sexual purpose) into public use places, such as toilets, with an intention to satisfy the Defendant’s sexual desire by taking female toilets on the 3th floor of the said building in order to take the form of female toilets in which women are viewed as being melted in the Kamera in order to take the Kamera in a Kamera, around 19:55.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of another person who may cause sexual humiliation or shame using mobile phone camera against his will.
