A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant arranged the trade of the Metropoper (one philophone, hereinafter “philophone”), which is a local mental medicine, and administered philophones as follows.

1. Intermediation of trade of phiphones;

A. On April 25, 2015, the Defendant, at the entrance of the D parking lot located in Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, received KRW 350,000 from E, transferred the money again from E to F, and then arranged to sell and purchase phiphones by taking about 0.35 grams from F to E.

B. On May 18, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 700,000 from H University G located in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and then remitted the money to F, the seller of the phiphone, and then arranged for the purchase and sale of phiphones by using one f, which includes approximately 0.7g of philophones, from F, to E.

On May 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 350,00 from E to E; (b) subsequently remitted the money to F, the seller of the phiphone; and (c) arranged for the purchase and sale of phiphones by using a single philophone with approximately 0.35 grams of philophones from F to E.

On July 6, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 600,000 from H University, and subsequently remitted the money to F, the seller of the philophone, and then arranged to trade philophones by using a single string machine containing approximately 0.7 g of philophones from F to E.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On July 6, 2015, the Defendant, at around 22:00, administered approximately 0.03 grams in the first floor toilet of the building adjacent to the H University, in a way that the Defendant injected the Defendant’s arms into the blood cells using a disposable injection device, after dilution of approximately 0.03g of clophones from the first floor toilet of the building adjacent to the H University.

B. On July 9, 2015, the Defendant standing around 21:00.
