A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

2,400,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On April 26, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year by imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc.

The Defendant, who is not a person handling narcotics, did not handle psychotropic drugs, but dealt with philophones (hereinafter referred to as “philophones”), as follows.

1. On August 1, 2008, the Defendant: (a) around 00:00, around the early 00:0, the Defendant arranged for the purchase and sale of the phiphones between D and C in a manner of drying them to D and C, a person who was waiting for a nearby area, with approximately 80,000 won of the phiphonephones from C in front of the age club, where it is difficult to identify the trade name near the fluoral basin located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Guro-gu, and was waiting for the last place, and approximately 0.7 g of the phiphonephones entered into D from D and C.

2. At around 00:00 on August 2008, the Defendant arranged D and C to sell and purchase philopon between D and C by putting about 0.4g of philopon contained in D and waiting for the said national bank, instead of located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Seoul National Bank for Private Distance, with approximately 400,000 won of philopon around C, who was waiting for the said national bank.

3. On September 1, 2008, around 00:00, the Defendant arranged to sell and purchase phiphones between D and C in a way that he was waiting for the National Bank with approximately KRW 400,000 from C in front of the National Bank of Private Distance, which was located in the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, and was waiting for in neighboring areas, and approximately KRW 0.4g of phiphones contained in D in the disposable injection machine and got approximately 0.4g of phiphones contained in D and waited for before the National Bank.

4. On September 1, 2008, the Defendant: (a) around 00:00, around the middle of September 2008, received KRW 800,000 from C before the Taepon department store located in the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Saildong, and was waiting for a nearby wife.
