A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. In the Defendant’s residence in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, the Defendant altered his official document, for the purpose of uttering, deleted the vehicle number of the disabled vehicle sign issued by an administrative agency to another person, and entered “E” on the job using a black pen.

In this respect, the defendant modified a copy of the disabled vehicle sign, which is an official document, for the purpose of uttering.

2. On March 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) parked a passenger car in a parking space for disabled persons with disabilities in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul; and (b) kept the disabled car sign altered as stated in the preceding paragraph at the front glass of the said vehicle as if it was issued genuinely, at a parking lot for disabled persons with disabilities, around March 20, 2018.
