Punishment of the crime

[2014 Highest 292] The victim C (n, 64 years old) is a caregiver who has careed D, the former wife of the deceased defendant.

1. Intrusion upon residence;

A. On May 10, 2014, around 13:11, the Defendant: (a) opened a sugar room through Masil without the victim’s permission; and (b) went into the victim’s residence without the victim’s permission, and infringed upon the victim’s house.

B. On May 11, 2014, at around 18:00, the Defendant infringed upon the victim’s residence, such as entering the victim’s house fat, meeting the surrounding areas, setting up the entrance door, etc., without permission of the victim C, by using the same method as paragraph (a) of Article 1.00.

C. On May 13, 2014, at around 18:02, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim’s house fat without the victim’s permission; (b) opened the entrance door to the victim’s house; and (c) intruded the victim’s residence, such as cutting electric wires connected to freezing and storing through the toilet window.

On May 16, 2014, at around 18:14, the Defendant entered the house of the victim without permission of the victim C in the same manner as (a) around 18:14, and book the surrounding areas.

On the floor above the gate of the entrance, it was invaded on the victim's residence such as reporting a new outbreak.

E. On May 17, 2014, at around 19:28, the Defendant infringed upon the victim’s residence, such as entering the victim’s house mast, leaving the house, leaving the entrance door, leaving the door, etc. without the victim C’s permission, using the same method as Article 1.1(a).

F. On May 28, 2014, at around 18:03, the Defendant infringed upon the victim’s residence by entering the victim’s home room without the victim’s permission, such as taking out one choke-gu choke-gu, which is located in front of the entrance, in the same manner as the victim’s paragraph (a) of Article 1.

G. On June 13, 2014, at around 12:11, the Defendant, without the consent of the victim C, she dumpeded the steel network fence installed around the victim’s house and invaded upon the victim’s residence.
