Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Intrusion upon residence;

A. On February 17, 2018, the Defendant entered the residence of the victim C, beyond the fence installed at the May 23, 2018 Dong-gu, Sinsan-gu, Sinsan-si, and the victim C, to take a string of the first floor of the window where the string of the string of the string of the string of the string of the string of the string of the string of the string of the string of the string of the string of the string of the string, and

3. The Defendant, at the same time and time as set forth in paragraph (2), stolen only one cell phone at the market price owned by the victim while setting up the cell phone in order for the cell phone used by the victim to fall on the floor after cutting down the victim’s cell phone.
