A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. At around 01:30 on September 4, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s head twice by inserting the well-known hand, “Woo Dop Dop Dop Dop Dop Dop Dop Dop Dop Dop Dop Dop dop dop dop dop dop dop dop dop dop dop dop dop dok” at a convenience store located in Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, 2018.
2. Intrusion upon residence;
A. On October 25, 2018, around 10:00 on October 25, 2018, the Defendant: (a) entered into the first floor door around the Seoul Jung-gu E Apartmentdong, Seoul, through the joint entrance door; (b) in front of H, the victim G’s residence; (c) caused disturbance, i.e., passing a son’s gate and a stroke to drink a high-frequency food; and (d) the victim invadedd the victim’s residence by entering the gate into the gate without the victim’s permission.
B. The Defendant committed on October 26, 2018: (a) around 10:00 on October 26, 2018.

C. On October 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 13:10 on October 30, 2018, the Defendant: (b) reported that the Victim K returned to his/her own residence before the Jung-gu I Residential Jdong in Jung-gu, Seoul; and (c) when the victim was in front of the victim’s residence in order to food and drink, the victim invadedd the victim’s residence by entering the door into the victim’s house without his/her permission.
November 19, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime at around 13:50 on November 19, 2018.
In front of the victim G's residence at the place described in the port, it is a way to enter the house without the victim's permission through the entrance door, which is not corrected for eating high-frequency food.
