Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 15, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was unable to play games due to the purchase of the racing tickets from the 12:15 floor B5 floor of Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si; and (b) was unable to play games due to the lack of time; (c) was unable to play games, and (d) was unable to escape a disturbance by exposing clothes within a facility densely concentrated by a large number of public and exposing a sexual organ.

Accordingly, the Defendant publicly committed an obscene act.
