On August 21, 2017, at around 08:20, the Defendant: (a) sent married fightings in front of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu B; and (b) disclosed the sexual organ to the front body of an unspecified number of people; and (c) made a public obscenity to get out of the house.
