Punishment of the crime

On June 10, 2017, at around 23:55, the Defendant was off, and was able to see, in front of a DNA certified broker in C, the victim E (28 years of age), F (n, 27 years of age), who was boomed, was off from all the clothes in front of the victim E (28 years of age), F (n, 27 years of age), thereby openly committing obscene acts.
