A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. On October 23, 2016, the Defendant traded marijuana: (a) around 00:30, at the “D” club located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seoul, purchased approximately KRW 1.50,000 to foreigners in the name in secret; and (b) approximately 1g of marijuana.
2. Smoking marijuana;
A. On October 23, 2016, at around 20:00, the Defendant smoked marijuana by inserting approximately 0.3g of marijuana in the pipes made of the Defendant’s house, and in the pipes made of Aluminum aluminium No. 1502, around 104, 1502.
B. On October 26, 2016, around 20:00, the Defendant smoked approximately 0.3g of marijuana at the above Defendant’s house in the same manner as the above A.

around 20:00 on October 31, 2016, the Defendant smoked approximately 0.3g of marijuana at the home of the above Defendant in the same manner as the above A.
3. Around October 2016, the Defendant: (a) linked to the foregoing Defendant’s home to the “F” site using a smartphone; (b) purchased the hemp plant seeds by exchanging KRW 586,828 of the hemp plant seeds at G around October 10, 2016 to the “TSBK account” account in the name of “I” designated by the operator of the said site; and (c) around October 28, 2016, the Defendant purchased the hemp plant seeds by receiving 31st seeds of the hemp plant at the Defendant’s home, and around November 1, 2016, at the Defendant’s home, 61 concealed the seeds of the hemp plant at the Defendant’s home.
4. Around October 28, 2016, the Defendant cultivated marijuana: (a) installed, at the home of the above Defendant, a shot light, temperature gauge, etc. for cultivation of plants in the tamping content; (b) cultivated marijuana by selling 10 of the hemp seed purchased as described in the foregoing 3.
5. Possession of hemp seeds and marijuana;
A. On November 1, 2016, at around 16:00, the Defendant possessed the hemp plant seeds by storing 21 of the hemp seeds purchased as described in the above 3. Aviation 3 in the west, for the purpose of smoking at the home of the above Defendant.
