Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 14:50 on June 1, 2014, the Defendant, at around 14:50, operated B mixed and 750cc off from the 200-meter section of the riverside North Korea, which is an exclusive motorway, from the entry into the Yongdong-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, to the same 1-dong 1-dong Seoul Forest Entry Fluorm.
