Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 08:30 on July 11, 2020, the Defendant: (a) acquired a copy of the Young-gu Light Round Card, which was owned by the victim C, at the events held by the Gangwon-gun B (Seoul), the victim C, as the victim’s possession.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not follow necessary procedures, such as returning the so-called so-called Simlighted card to the victim, but did so.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On July 11, 2020, the Defendant purchased goods from the E pharmacy operated by the victim's name in Young-gun D, Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-do, and presented a zero-month light transport card, which he acquired as described in paragraph (1), to pay the price to the employees in non-name, as described in paragraph (1).

However, in fact, the defendant did not have the right to use the above long-term light transport card properly, so there was no intention or ability to pay the price normally.

As above, the Defendant deceptioned employees in the name of the Defendant, and received from the employees in the name of the Defendant a box of 5,000 won in total at the market price of 5,00 won, and used the light-line cards lost.

B. On July 11, 2020, the Defendant purchased goods from H operated by the victim G in Young-gun F of Gangwon-gu on July 14:12, 2020, and presented a long-term light string card that the Defendant acquired as described in paragraph (1) for the settlement of the price to the employees in non-name.

However, in fact, the defendant did not have the right to use the above long-term light transport card properly, so there was no intention or ability to pay the price normally.

As above, the Defendant deceptioned an employee in his name, and received 10 ice 10,000 won in total from an employee in his name in his name and used the above so-called so-called zero-monthly light string card which was lost.
