A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 28, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for one year with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Incheon District Court's Branch Branch on November 28, 2019, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 19, 2019.
1. On June 30, 2019, at around 05:20, the Defendant discovered the victim E (n, 26 years of age) who was on the street club located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, the Defendant: (a) followed the victim’s “D” (n, 26 years of age) who was on rest; and (b) the victim was on board a FK7 car in which the Defendant was driving; (c) but the Defendant continued to be rejected by the victim; (d) the victim was said to have been on the part of the victim; (d) the Defendant was on the part of the driver; (e) the Defendant driven the said car on the back seat of the said car; (e) the victim was on the part of the victim’s dwelling in Gangdong-gu, Seoul; and (e) the victim was on the part of the victim’s own hand, and (e) the victim was on the part of the victim’s residence in Gangdong-gu, and (e) the victim was on the part of the victim’s drinking.
Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.
2. On June 30, 2019, the Defendant was sent to the front of the “I” restaurant located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, and then sent the substitute driver first. The Defendant heard the horses from the said victim that “B, “B,” “B,” “I, during the course of car parking at the office of the Sea State, I am off the vehicle during a locking to the office of the Sea State,” and “I am off the vehicle during a locking to the office of the Sea State, I am off the victim’s arms while I am off the victim’s arms, and drive the victim in the direction opposite to the victim’s house by raising his own speed without parking at the parking lot.
The Defendant, as seen above, was asked by the victim who frightened to drive in the opposite direction to the victim's house, but did not get off the victim without disregarding the demand.
