2. 공무집행방해 및 상해 피고인은 2019. 7. 8. 03:15경 제1항과 같은 장소에서 자신의 일행과 시비를 하던 중 112 신고를 받고 출동한 사천경찰서 G지구대 소속 경장 H으로부터 그 행위를 저지당하자 화가 나 양손으로 H의 목을 조르고 멱살을 잡아 흔들고, 이에 H이 피고인을 현행범인으로 체포하려 하자 H의 오른팔을 물어 피해자에게 약 2주간의 치료가 필요한 우측 아래팔 교상을 가하고, 이를 말리려는 위 지구대 소속 순경 I의 다리를 수 회 걷어찼다.

계속하여 피고인은 현행범인으로 체포되어 순찰차 뒷좌석에 탑승한 다음 순찰차 창문을 계속하여 발로 차고, 이를 막기 위해 뒷좌석에 탑승한 피해자 I의 머리를 발로 1회 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with police officers' performance of duties concerning the handling of 112 reported cases, and at the same time injured the victim H.

3. On July 8, 2019, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) committed a disturbance for about 30 minutes while under the influence of alcohol to police officers in G District districts located in Sacheon-siJ on July 8, 2019, following the crypology and intimidation: (b) “I am flas, and I am only I am. Accordingly, the defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, led to very rough words and actions by public offices.
