Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall cover a registration number plate or make it illegible.

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B knife vehicle.

On May 15, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around the street in the front of Osan-si, Osan-si; (b) opened the front number plate of the above van with a string, making it difficult for the Defendant to find out the registration number plate by leaving the front number plate of the above van with a string.
