A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 17, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime at around 01:53, on February 17, 2015, at around 01:53, at around “E” operated by the victim D in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, the Defendant: (a) opened an entrance in which no person to be considered in the surrounding area was corrected; (b) intruded into the door into the door, and cut off the freezing 300,000 won at the market price owned by the victim located in the Ambox; and (c) cut off the freezing vegetable vessel at a level equivalent

2. On February 22, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime, around 02:21, on February 22, 2015, placed the freezing vessel, which is equivalent to 300,000 won at the market price owned by the victim, in the place indicated in paragraph (1) around February 22, 2015, and in the same manner as paragraph (1), stolen it by inserting it in vinyl bags

3. On April 11, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime at around 02:28, on April 11, 2015, at around 02:28, the Defendant: (a) went into “H” operated by the victim G in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu; (b) went into a wooden board with no other person to view in the surrounding area; and (c) went into the said place, and cut down 6 factorings of the victim’s market price in an amount equivalent to KRW 21,00,000, in which the victim’s market price is kept in the cooling-gu.

4. On April 16, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime, around 03:25, at around 03:25, on April 16, 2015, cut off six blades equivalent to KRW 21,000 in the market price owned by the victim in the same manner as that specified in paragraph (3), and in the same manner as that specified in paragraph (3).

5. On April 16, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime at around 03:40 on April 16, 2015, at around 03:40 on April 16, 2015, when the victim I operated the “J” operated by the victim I in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu. Around 03:40 on April 16, 2015, the Defendant intruded the crebs without any person being considered in the surrounding area into the tent with a tent with a view to making the other entrance covered by hand, and cut off with 70,000 won of the market price owned by the victim at the display stand, 25,000 won of the market price owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen property worth KRW 712,000 in total over five times.
