The first, second, fourth, third and fourth crimes in the decision of the defendant are punished by imprisonment for one year, and the third and fourth crimes in the decision of the court.

Punishment of the crime

On September 18, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a crime of fraud, etc. at the Ulsan District Court, and was released as the revocation of detention on the same day, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on January 10, 2015, and the execution of the sentence was terminated.

1. "2015 Highest 1102": A thief or attempted larceny;

A. A. On February 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a set of 588 objects, which were corrected by using the dracker on the date prepared in advance, at the male escape room in Daegu Suwon-gu, Daegu-gu, on February 20, 2015; and (b) cut 90,000 won in cash on the wall owned by the victim E (the age of 54) and then stolen them from that time.

3. Until June 3, 200, a total of 896,000 won was stolen on seven occasions, as indicated in the annexed List of Offenses (2015 Highest 1102).

B. On March 9, 2015, the Defendant attempted to steal money and valuables of the victim’s name in a soup room at the male escape room located in Daegu Suwon-gu, Daegu Suwon-gu, and opened 548 objects, which were corrected by using clothes and the keys of the escape room, and attempted to steal money and valuables of the victim’s name and unclaimed boxes. However, the Defendant did not commit an attempted crime because it was discovered by the wind that operated the theft prevention alarm device installed in the above things.

2. "2015 Goand 1499": Nighttime theft of a structure, and attempted larceny of a structure at night;

A. At night, at around 02:00 to 03:00 on January 24, 2015, the Defendant: “H” store operated by the Victim G (N, 41 years of age) located in the Gyeongbuk-si, Gyeongbuk-si; (b) opened the rear door of the said shop, which was corrected by using the dracker, in which there was no person in the surrounding area, and intrudes into the inside; and (c) cut off approximately KRW 10-150,000,000, tobacco sales stand, which was located in the 100,000 tobacco sales stand.

B. On January 24, 2015, the Defendant who attempted to larceny at night buildings: (a) the victim I (n) located in the Gyeongbuk-si, Gyeongbuk-si, Gyeongbuk-si; (b) around 02:0 to 03:00 on January 24, 2015; and (c) there is no person in the vicinity.
