The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

In order to raise living expenses, etc. from home around August 2013, the Defendant committed the following crimes with no specific occupation, and committed the following crimes.

1. Night-time theft of buildings;

A. On August 13, 2013, around 02:28, the Defendant: (a) opened a door in which the victim did not correct any cresh in the “Fmat” in the operation of the victim D in Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon; and (b) intruded into the door, and then 3.50,000 won in cash, which was located in the credit cooperative created by a paper gambling room, and 3.50,000 won in the market price on the book, were stolen.

B. On August 18, 2013, at around 03:15, the Defendant: (a) opened a tent in front of the “I” in the operation of the Victim G located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Daejeon; and (b) invaded into the tent, thereby cutting down KRW 300,000,000 in cash owned by the victim in the kimchi air conditioning; and (c) stolen the said cash.

C. On August 22, 2013, the Defendant: (a) 02:30 on August 22, 2013, at the entrance of the L market located in Seo-gu Daejeon, the victim J (1) laid off and intruded into the said tent, which was not corrected from the surrounding area; and (b) caused three sublime children in the market price in excess of KRW 20,000,000, the market price at which the said gate was located, to which one cell phone charging unit and three sublime children were in excess of the market price.

(2) On August 23, 2013, around 02:30 on August 23, 2013, the Defendant invaded into the “N” page at the entrance of the pertinent L market, and stolen 50,000 won in cash owned by the victim within the plastic line, which was later displayed after the passage of the bill.

2. The Defendant, around 01:00 on August 24, 2013, deducted 400,000 won in cash owned by the victim P in the U.S., located in the U.S. where the victim P was located in the U.S. in the U.S., Seo-gu, Daejeon.
