Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaged in livestock product sales business under the trade name “D” in Daegu Seo-gu C.

A person who intends to sell livestock products shall report to the head of the Si/Gun/Gu.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without filing a report on the sales business of livestock products, installed facilities, such as the meat coolant, and displayed and sold it in the cooling house, without reporting the sales business of livestock products, from July 2014 to November 5, 2014.
