Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person engaged in the livestock product sales business, and a person who intends to operate the livestock product sales business shall prepare the facility and report it to the head of the competent Gu.

Nevertheless, from the date of 2010 to April 8, 2013, the Defendant, without reporting to the head of the Gu, engaged in livestock product sales business, such as installing one cooling house in the Busan Gangseo-gu Dondong Building B (24 square meters) and selling 30 maris (300,000 won) per day of the original house.
