1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 35,610,053 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from September 24, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

The Plaintiff provided labor under employment by the Defendant on July 13, 2001 and retired on September 9, 2015, and the fact that the Defendant did not pay the Plaintiff a total of KRW 35,610,05, including KRW 23,388,495, and retirement allowances of KRW 12,221,58,05, from February 2015 to the retirement date, and KRW 12,221,58, as well as KRW 35,610,053, without dispute between the parties or by considering the overall purport

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 35,610,053 won and interest calculated at the rate of 20% per annum under the Labor Standards Act from September 24, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
