1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 67,564,174 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from February 15, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

1. From September 1, 2012 to January 31, 2018, the Plaintiff was employed by the Defendant and provided labor as a technical management director, and retired from office.

However, from December 2016 to January 2018, the Defendant did not pay to the Plaintiff the sum of KRW 49,500,000 per month wage of KRW 3,500,000 per month, and the sum of KRW 18,564,174 for retirement pay of KRW 67,564,174 for 14 months.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum under the Labor Standards Act from February 15, 2018 to the date of full payment, which is the 14th day following the date of the final retirement of the Plaintiff.
