A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, around August 16, 2017, at the Defendant’s house located in Sejong-si around 2018, access to the Internet goods sales site to the “NAVV Kab,” and sell NAV SE and Gukniz on its bulletin board.

Accordingly, the defendant was informed of the victims to receive each property.
