A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Fraud;

A. The Defendant, a joint crime with E and the Internet bulletin board, conspired to commit the fraud of the price of goods, to raise funds for living expenses, entertainment expenses, etc., and to access NAV to the Korean car page using mobile phones around January 8, 2017, posted a statement to sell NAV to the Korean car page on the bulletin board of the place, and reported this to the Defendant, and sent to the victim D who contacted the Defendant “60,000 won of the price of goods to be sent.”

However, even if the defendant has received money from the injured party as the price for the goods, he did not have the intention or ability to send the money to the alternative ship.

The Defendant received 60,000 won from the victim’s new bank account (F) in the name of E on the same day from the victim, and received 220,000 won in total as the price for the goods from three victims over three times from around the above day to January 18, 2017, as shown in attached Table 1.

Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving victims in collusion with E.
