Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the vice-chairperson of the Korea Trade Union under the Korea Trade Union Federation.

On August 31, 2012, at around 15:13, the Defendant participated in and gathered up the “Wol-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-dong,” which was organized by the CFM-ri-ri-dong Seoul, and then occupied a 8,000-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-dong

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
