Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 80,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 15:13, 2012, the Defendant participated in, and gathered up, the “the 8,000 participants in the above assembly’ conference for taking part in the “the resolution on taking part in the strike for the general strike” hostedd by the organization B in the Seoul Jung-gu Seoul Central District square, which is located in the Seoul Central District District, and began with approximately 8,000 participants in the above conference, and came up with, inter alia, sublimates, and the Bank of Korea street, which was located in the small and medium-gu Seoul Central District, and came up on the road in front of the department store, from 16:20 to 17:30 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
