A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Crimes on December 24, 2018;

A. On December 24, 2018, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 1g, 250,000,000,000,000,000 from his name, and 50,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.

B. On December 24, 2018, the Defendant, at the aforementioned “C” toilet around the new wall around December 24, 2018, smoked in the way of smoking with the fluoring of the fluoric quantity (mal 0.5g) among marijuana purchased as referred to in paragraph 1(a) and with the fluoring of the fluoric quantity (mal 0.5g). On December 26, 2018, the Defendant: (a) withdrawn money from the E BankF branches ATPP located in Gyeonggi-si, the Government of the Gyeonggi-si on December 26, 2018; (b) held approximately 0.46g and approximately 1.71g of marijuana in the Defendant’s test Handbag; and (c) held approximately 0.46g of marijuana in the Defendant’s test Handbag.

3. Crimes committed on January 2019.

A. On January 1, 2019, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 250,000,00 from Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, “C” on the first floor of the Gangnam-gu Seoul, and from his name defector, approximately KRW 1g of marijuana from 2.5 million.

B. On January 1, 2019, the Defendant deducted tobacco in the toilet “C” above at night and around the night, and put in the fluoral quantity among marijuana purchased, as referred to in paragraph 3(a), and smoked over three to four occasions by attaching a fire.
