Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is the owner of commercial sex acts in the name of "G (Internet advertising site trade name is H)" located in Socheon-si F. Defendant D is the sublet of 302 location of the above business establishment. Defendant B and Defendant C are male employees of the above business establishment who are engaged in night carcing operations such as guiding customers and female employees of commercial sex acts, and I, J, K, and L are female employees of commercial sex acts.
1. Defendant A and Defendant B conspired, from January 28, 2015 to February 6, 2015, the said “G” had female employees in distress of name engage in sexual intercourse with the majority of male customers on the pretext of their finding the said business place, and received KRW 100,000 per capita from the said male customers.
2. Defendant A and Defendant C conspired with each other, from May 3, 2015 to May 4, 2015, the said “G” had female employees, such as I, J, K, and L, engage in sexual intercourse with an unspecified number of male customers who found the said business, and received KRW 100,000 per capita from the said male customers.
3. Defendant A
A. From January 15, 2015 to January 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) from February 26, 2015 to May 2, 2015, from February 26, 2015 to female employees, such as “G”, I, J, K, and L, had them find the said place of business and have them sexual intercourse with the unspecified number of male customers; and (b) had them arrange sexual traffic by receiving KRW 100,000 per capita from the said male customers.
