From December 29, 2014 to December 29, 2014, the Defendant: (a) in collusion with a person with poor name; (b) had a female employee engaged in sexual traffic engage in sexual intercourse with an unspecified number of male customers who found the said business place; and (c) received KRW 13-1.60,000 per capita from the said male customers, and arranged sexual intercourse.

The Defendant conspiredd with a person who was unaware of his/her name, and arranged sexual traffic for business purposes by having female employees, such as J, etc., find out the said place of business from March 7, 2015 to March 20, 2015, with the trade name of “H” under Article 815 of the Bupyeong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City G Building No. 815, Seocheon-gu G Building No. 815, and by receiving 13-1.60,000 won per person from the above male customers.

3. On April 15, 2015, from around 16:10 to May 22, 2015, the Defendant: (a) in collusion with a person with poor name; (b) had employees engaged in sexual traffic, such as K, engage in sexual intercourse with many unspecified male customers, such as M who find the said place of business and engage in sexual intercourse; and (c) received 13-1.6 million won per person from the above male customers to arrange sexual traffic.
