A Imprisonment for eight months, Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,00, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,00.

Defendant

A is a business owner who operates a game room in the trade name of “G” with 40 tables installed on the first floor of Gangdong-gu Seoul and underground, and Defendant B and C are employees of the above game room.

1. Defendant A

(a) No person who violates the rating classification shall provide game products for use which have not been rated by the Game Products Management Committee;

Nevertheless, from January 31, 2015 to February 24, 2015, the Defendant installed game products with “Beau Sa” and “S.Treasure 2” in the trop PC in the instant game site, from January 31, 2015, and from February 24, 2015, the Defendant used the game to charge the game money equivalent to the amount of cash from the customers who found the game.

As a result, the defendant provided game products that did not have been classified for use.

(b) No person arranging exchange shall engage in business of exchanging or arranging exchange or repurchase tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game products;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the time and place mentioned in the above paragraph (a), had customers who found such places run the “Beauea” and “S.Treasure 2” fish game, and had customers set aside the scores obtained as a result of the said game as a member point in H, a franchisor, and had them exchange them in cash.

As a result, the defendant has arranged the exchange of the result obtained through the use of game products as a business.

2. Defendant B, from February 2, 2015 to February 24, 2015, provided Defendant B with the use of “BeumSa” and “S.Treasure 2” online game products that were not rated by the Game Management Committee as above, and the result obtained by customers from the said game is “stock company,” a master company.
